Four adorable puppies were discovered near a friend’s house, and we brought them in for safety. Unfortunately, we couldn’t catch their mother, who has striking blue eyes—please let us know if you spot her! Among the puppies, two are male and two are female. They’ve received their first vaccinations and have been treated for fleas and ticks.

Five nursing puppies were cruelly abandoned in a bucket near a trash can. It's a shocking act of cruelty to separate them from their mother and leave them in such a filthy and dangerous place without food or water. Fortunately, Shireen Ruday Jabrieh heard their cries and rushed to their rescue. She brought them to her home, provided them with milk, and ensured they had a warm and clean environment. After treating them for ticks, Diana and her friend successfully found a foster home for the puppies. Hopefully, they'll be adopted soon, when they start eating wet food.

Diana's friend Amani discovered two tiny, abandoned puppies, no more than a month old, in a cardboard box. It was a cruel act to separate them from their mother and discard them so carelessly. Thankfully, Diana sent a taxi to bring the puppies to Al Buraq Veterinary. The vet examined them, treated them for fleas and deworming, and will soon administer vaccinations. They are both female.

This beautiful patchy pup was found by Diana’s friend discovered a frightened puppy alone, having been abused by people. Diana advised him to bring the puppy to @alburaq_veterinary_centre for a checkup. The puppy received treatment for ticks, a deworming pill, and the first round of vaccinations. He is male, approx. 3 months old.

__________________________________________________________________________________Three young students from Bethlehem University—Basel Yousif, Adel Oweineh, and Omar Sarhan—found a friendly female dog unable to move due to a deep wound on her neck. It appears she had been tied too tightly, causing her significant pain and a swollen injury. We sent a taxi and our worker, Steve, to take the dog to veterinarian Mohammad Rajii, who cleaned the wound and provided the necessary treatment, including care for ticks. Once she recovers, she will be vaccinated and spayed.

Mitzi, Flossie, Zara, Gerri All four puppies are from the same litter! Someone stole them from their mother while they were 1 month old. Now the puppies are 4 months old and have their shots, vaccinations and deworming.

A friend from the Ad Doha municipality board, Adib Dibs, used to feed a few animals near his house, including a young male puppy that was crying in pain. He told us the puppy had been run over by a car. We advised him to take the puppy to Al Buraq Veterinary Clinic. The puppy had a high fever, was in pain, had ticks, and X-rays revealed two fractures: a broken arm and a back leg. We contacted an association that sponsored his care, and he is now receiving treatment and will undergo surgery.

A four-month-old Malinois puppy was found abandoned on the side of the road in Bethlehem. The puppy was taken to Al Buraq Veterinary Clinic, where she was diagnosed with severe injuries including internal bleeding, fractures, and pneumothorax (presence of air around or outside lungs due to chest trauma.

Her tail is intact, but she has broken ribs, a broken leg, two vertebrae with missing pieces, concussion, physical damage to the liver, and anemia. She is also infested with ticks and fleas.

The puppy is currently stable. Surgery is not possible at this time but may be considered in the future if the puppy's condition improves.

Diana's friend discovered a three-month-old female puppy cowering under a car. Concerned, he contacted Diana, who instructed him to take the puppy to Al Buraq Veterinary. The puppy was suffering from severe skin issues and was infested with ticks. Thankfully, she received necessary treatment, including her first vaccination, and is now safe in a shelter.

A woman found this female-friendly cat in front of her house in Nablus and contacted us for help with her treatment, as she couldn't afford it. The cat was admitted to Royal Care Veterinary Hospital, where she was treated for a severe ear infection and signs of abuse. She was also spayed and treated for fleas and worms. Fortunately, the woman who reached out to us found a loving home for her in Nablus. The pictures shared with Diana are from the family who adopted her.

At the beginning of the year, we have rescued eight puppies from a remote village in Hebron. These puppies grew up at our shelter. Martyna from Finland decided to adopt two of them, Triss and Morgan.

Despite the difficulties posed by the ongoing war, we managed to find a flight volunteer, Larissa Peiffer, who was already planning to rescue a female German Shepherd dog from our shelter. Larissa offered to escort the puppies to Germany, and Martyna agreed to meet them there and bring them back to Finland.

Larissa successfully secured the necessary documents and added the puppies to her flight itinerary. While traveling, she faced extensive questioning but ultimately arrived at Warsaw airport. There was a delay in her flight to Germany, but she eventually reached her destination.

The puppies are currently staying at Larissa's mother's house while Martyna works on the logistics of bringing them to Finland. The puppies are enjoying their time at Larissa's house, playing, running in her yard, and cuddling with blankets to stay warm.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Larissa, her mother, and Martyna for their compassion and dedication in making this heartwarming adoption possible.

Here they are later that same week,  enjoying their time at Larissa's home, swimming, playing, running in her yard and big parks, and cuddling with blankets to stay warm.
